Why We Keep Every Letter

At Rahn's, we don't chase reviews. We do the work right, and the letters come. Framed thank-yous, handwritten notes from grandmothers, emails from insurance adjusters, and 60+ five-star reviews across Google and Yelp. We've kept the letters in a binder in the front office since the 1980s. When a new customer asks "how do I know you're any good?" — we hand them the binder.
